Unfriendly and unhelpful. I called to ask for a taxi for myself and my service dog. The call centre told me to go to the taxi stand directly, instead. There, multiple taxis of the company refused the trip because of the service dog, and when I tried calling the company again nobody would answer. Terrible experience.

Ik vond heel leuk met de service en we moesten woensdagnacht niet lang wachtende hadden gezegd dat een half uur kon duren,maar dat was niet zo, volgende keer als we een taxi nodig hebben, kun je gerust, wij bellen jullie op.
